GURU MEDITATION for the Atari ST
================================
A desktop toy.

A desk toy that brings the famous
error message of the early Amigas to
your ST: every now and then the screen
fades to black and the red "Software
Failure" box with its blinking border
appears, complete with a Guru
Meditation number.

Don't worry, nothing has crashed.
Press any key or mouse button and
your screen is back as it was.

Requirements
------------

Any Atari ST, STE, Mega ST, TT or
Falcon with TOS 1.04 or newer or
EmuTOS, also MagiC and graphics cards.
Works in all resolutions and colour
depths. The box is red in colour and
white on black in monochrome.

The accessory keeps a copy of the
screen: about 55K of memory on an ST,
more with bigger screens and more
colours.

Copy GURU.ACC to the root folder of
the boot drive and restart the
computer.

Options
-------
Open Guru in the desk menu to switch
the program on or off. You can also
display a Guru Meditation immediately
if you aren't patient enough.

Inspiration
-----------
The Guru message has been recreated
many times. It's an iconic error
message, though unpleasant if it
happens for real ;)
The first time I saw Guru outside
of an Amiga was a type-in listing
for the C64. It does make much more
sense on an Atari ST!
